That's never happened before but if it does Blitz will cover the food cost and also will give credit to the customer for the same amount.

What is the % Commission You charge the Restaurants?
It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the restaurant. However we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.

What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled The Restaurant will receive cancelation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is a Blitz Driver We will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub cover only 70%
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
